DAY 02: Manali – Chandertal

DAY 03: Chandertal - Kaza

DAY 04: Kaza local Sightseeing

Today, Full day sightseeing excursion wherein we shall drive to Langza village via one of the world’s highest motor able roads. The village is located at an altitude of 14435 ft with a towering Buddha statue on the mountain top in the background. We shall drive to Komic village, said to be Asia's highest village, with an altitude of almost 14,800 ft. visit Hikim highest post oficeOn the way, visit Langza’s Natural Fossil Centre to spot the preserved fossils of the ancient Tethys Sea. DAY 05: Kaza - Tabo Via Dhankar Monastery

On this day we leave drive towards the village of Tabo, on the way we will visit, The Dhankar monastery, a near 1,000 year old symbol of Vajrayana Buddhist architecture, is one of the 100 most endangered monuments in the world (as recognized by the World Monuments Fund)! It is constructed on a 300 metre high ledge in a rocky mountain near the confluence of Pin and Spiti rivers. An architectural marvel of its time, today owing to its age and an earthquake that struck the region in 1975, it is in the imminent danger of collapsing. There is also a dilapidated fort (there are some wonderful murals inside its rooms), that once enveloped the entire complex, the remnants of which can be explored by hiking. As a matter of fact, it is this fort which lends the place its name. Dhankar literally means – fort on a cliff. Arrive Tabo and relax and go over the memories of the beauty experienced till now. DAY 06: Tabo – Losar via Key Kibber Chicham Bridge

DAY 07: Losar – Kullu
